Estate / End-of-Life Planning
Who should plan? Anyone who wants to make careful, considered decisions about themselves, their future, their medical care, and their assets. If you do not plan, your health care will be decided by unnamed family members and a hospital’s ethics committee; your assets will be divided according to the law on intestate succession; and your desired donations will not be made to charity.
Fiduciary Services
By serving as a Fiduciary, I am entrusted to act on behalf of my client to manage their assets (money or property). This relationship is built on trust: as Fiduciary, all decisions are made in the client’s best interest. I act solely in the interest of the client, protect confidentiality, avoid conflicts of interest, and prioritize the client’s needs above my own.
